Emily Crawford, LMFT

I believe everyone has a unique, lived story that deserves to be heard and understood. In my work, I take a compassionate and exploratory approach, uncovering family systems and underlying internal messages that shape a person’s experiences.

I use a blend of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, aggression, hyperactivity, grief and loss, and family transitions.

I am also Perinatal Mental Health Certified and have extensive experience working with individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, and infertility.

My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to process their experiences, gain new insights, and develop effective strategies for healing and growth.

Lori Stubbs, LCSW

I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment where children and adults feel seen, respected, and valued. With years of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals and their families, I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for their unique way of experiencing the world.

My practice is especially attuned to the needs of autistic and neurodivergent clients, offering a safe and affirming space where differences are not only accepted but celebrated. I strive to empower each client to embrace their strengths, navigate challenges with confidence, and develop tools that support authenticity and emotional well-being.

In my work with children, I integrate play therapy techniques to help facilitate communication and connection. Play often provides a powerful way to express thoughts and emotions, particularly for those with fewer mouth words.

I believe that every person’s story deserves to be understood within the context of their strengths, environment, and lived experience. My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel truly understood and supported in becoming their most authentic selves.

Kaitlyn Floyd, LMFT

I strive to be a compassionate and collaborative therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

As an Advanced BLAST Practitioner, I use Bi-Lateral Analysis and Stimulation Therapy (BLAST) as my primary tool to help clients process and heal from trauma.

I also work extensively with late-diagnosed autistic adults, guiding them through self-discovery and developing strategies to meet their unique needs.

My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, emphasizing personal agency, self-reflection, and practical tools tailored to each person’s goals. Whether supporting clients through anxiety, grief, life transitions, or identity exploration, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where they feel heard, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful change.
